POST-OPERATION ASSETS & RECOVERY REPORT
REF: OPERATION PAPER TIGER, MOURNING FOG // CORPSE RETRIEVAL
SUBMITTING OFFICER: Silas, Field Handler, CAT-5, Blackcoat (On behalf of Assets & Acquisitions)
DATE: [01/09/20██]
RECIPIENTS: Assets & Acquisitions Director, Castle Director F. Espada, Upper and Lower Four

1.0 RECOVERY ORDER
Following the closure of the Operation and confirmation of KIA status for Executioner Biggby, a Cleanup & Acquisition team was dispatched to the primary anomaly palace. Primary objective: secure all biological remains for processing and archiving.

2.0 RECOVERY LOG

  • Time of Insertion: 03:00 hours, under cover of a fabricated gas leak alert.

  • Team Composition: Standard six-man C&A unit.

  • Site Status: Palace was structurally unstable but sealed per our protocols. Minimal external contamination.

  • Findings: The remains of the primary anomaly (Li Hua/OGRE) had undergone rapid, non-standard decomposition into a inert carbonized paper-like substance. Of the 42 civilian victims incorporated into the structure, most remains were unrecoverable, fused into the anomalous material.

  • Target Asset: Recovery was partial. The subject’s body had been fully integrated into the anomaly’s structure. The team successfully extracted:

    • The right foot (previously retrieved by Team Noatmos as proof of death).
    • Approximately 65% of skeletal structure, notably the intact skull, spinal column, and right arm.
    • Major cardiac tissue (heart), found surprisingly preserved in a vitrified state within a papier-mâché cyst.
    • Several meters of neural tissue, interwoven with the lattice, exhibiting faint, residual bio-electric activity.
  • Contamination Note: All recovered biological matter from Biggby showed deep integration with the anomaly’s residual energy signature (ink/paper motif). This is not merely physical adhesion; the matter itself carries a metaphysical “impression” of the OGRE.

3.0 DISPOSITION & TRANSFER
Recovered assets were cataloged, stabilized in bio-containment gel, and placed in cryo-stasis pods. At 06:30 hours, per standing directives, the pods were transferred under armed escort from Central Processing to the Biomedical Wing (Watchsite-1).

Transfer was received and signed for by Project Lead ██████ █████ at 07:15 hours.

4.0 PROJECT BLUEBOOK INTEGRATION NOTES
As per the charter of Project: RE:BOUND, the acquisition of field-tested, anomaly-exposed biological material from a terminated Executioner is classified.

The residual OGRE “impression” on the tissue may serve as a stabilizing binding agent, potentially allowing for the synthesis of disparate donor components where previous attempts have failed due to metaphysical rejection. The preserved cardiac and neural tissues are of particular interest for Core Viability in the next iteration (Subject: RE:BOUND, Iteration 9).

5.0 RECOMMENDATION
Asset acquisition is complete and transferred. Recommend Project: RE:BOUND team commence tissue analysis and compatibility testing within 72 hours to capitalize on residual anomalous energy. A follow-up report on integration viability is requested in 14 days.

This concludes the recovery operation for the Operation.
